Prices are in Australian dollars with no GST added, because we are not registered for it.
A month is a calendar month, Melbourne time. The count resets on the first. Your overview and the side navigation show what you have used of each limit.
A quote counts when it is sent, not when it is drafted. If a send fails before the email leaves, the quote returns to draft and the count is given back. An enquiry counts when it arrives, whether forwarded, pasted or posted from the website form. Follow-ups are not on Free. Starter and Crew have unlimited follow-ups, sent at 2, 5 and 10 days on each quote you switch them on for.
At a limit, the action is refused with a message saying how many of how many you have used and offering the next plan. Nothing is charged. You can keep reading everything and building drafts.
